Position Overview
We're seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Wholesale Sales Representative to join our team and grow our presence across Maryland and beyond. You’ll be the face of Fingerboard Farm to retail buyers, introducing them to our high-quality, farm-grown product line and building relationships with health and wellness businesses in your region.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective wholesale partners, including:
- Health food stores, apothecaries, dispensaries, sports medicine clinics, and pet store
- Schedule and attend sales visits and outreach meetings (local travel reimbursed)
- Educate buyers on product features, compliance, and merchandising strategies
- Maintain ongoing relationships with wholesale clients and provide account support
- Participate in select expos, vendor markets, or in-store demos to represent the brand
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions, seasonal campaigns, and materials
- Submit basic reporting on outreach efforts, sales activity, and client needs
Qualifications
- Passion for wellness, sustainability, and community-based business
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and organized with a go-getter attitude
- Comfortable driving to client locations (mileage and gas reimbursed)
- Preferred but not required: Experience in sales, retail, or customer service
- Knowledge of the hemp or natural products industry is a plus
