Position Overview
As our Wedding & Events Marketing Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in event promotion, vendor outreach, and marketing strategy. You’ll play a key role in connecting Fingerboard Farm to the local wedding community, helping us secure vendor opportunities, and representing our venue at bridal shows, wedding fairs, and paid table events.
This role is ideal for students or early professionals looking to explore marketing, hospitality, or event management in a dynamic, creative setting.
Responsibilities
- Research and connect with local wedding vendors, planners, and industry partners
- Help coordinate and manage vendor lists, outreach emails, and follow-ups
- Identify upcoming bridal shows, fairs, and paid tabling opportunities
- Assist with marketing materials (social posts, flyers, vendor packets)
- Represent Fingerboard Farm at select events, helping to engage and network with attendees
- Support day-of logistics for on-site weddings or styled shoots, as needed
- Provide administrative support related to event bookings and inquiries
Qualifications
- Interest in marketing, communications, hospitality, or events
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable networking and representing a brand in public settings
- Creative eye for events, weddings, or hospitality
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Flexible schedule, with some weekend/evening availability preferred
